Well done to everyone who joined in with World Book Day. There were lots of fantastic costumes and everyone enjoyed sharing books with their class.
On Monday 27th February Willoughby Foods and Doubledays visited Gosberton Academy. The children in Iceland and Kenya class enjoyed learning all about farming from the farmers who brought their brand new tractor. The farmers explained all the features of the tractor, including: satellite navigation, a 1500 kg weight at the front to balance the tractor and a fridge for the farmer to keep his lunch cool. After listening very attentively, the children were allowed to climb the steps, sit in the driver’s seat and sound the extremely loud horn.
